Not happy with your order? No problem.
Earth Nourish accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
- Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery date.
- Return is shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) is new, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt).
- Order Number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
We will contact you within one business day of your email being sent with further instructions.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. All returns are sent directly to the designer for processing. We will provide you with an address where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as Earth Nourish and its designers are not held responsible for any lost returns.
Once your return is received, inspected, and found to be in good condition your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
The following items are not eligible for returns: sale items, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, hair items, hats or earrings.
Please note that all Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Exceptions include damaged items or order discrepancies based on size, color and style. If you would like to return a defective product, you must notify us no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period or fail to ship the product back to us or the designer (as directed by us) within 14 days after the product was shipped. Store credit will be offered for any returned items.
